I’m sure every family during the holidays get together to celebrate and eat food. Out of that comes the annual Christmas photographs taken every year. I know it’s like clockwork in my family. Throughout the years however, it varies. You can really tell the difference in the years. I wanted to dedicate one of these daily blogging days to sharing my family’s Christmas photographs. Despite how bad some of them actually are, haha. Last time I did 12 days of Blogmas in 2017, I shared my family’s traditions, you can read it here if you like.
Don’t we look cute? Can you tell who wanted to wear matching jumpers, haha? They tried, as you can see it didn’t work that year.
This is from 2014, our last Christmas with our nan. This is our last family Christmas photograph with her so it’s one we cherish. Whilst my nan and John were ready for the photo, gramps and I apparently found something extremely funny. It’s a cute photo either way.
First year we all wore our Christmas jumpers. John is wearing nan’s as she is not with us in this photo (as she passed on just a month before). It was a difficult Christmas for everyone but we still managed to take photos and celebrate how she would want.
I couldn’t find 2016’s photograph. Sorry guys!
The dressing festive on Christmas day has grown. John is dressed as an elf, Eddie as Santa. Gramps is wearing his Manchester City Christmas jumper and mam and I are wearing Christmas tops. We are in the spirit this year, haha. But it’s blurry as I didn’t know how to use this camera. I look awful too, but hey what’s Christmas without an ugly photograph right?
Last year photos we didn’t get all of us in one, which is weird. I’ll make sure to get 2019’s annual photo with everyone!
