Healthy Almond Butter Fudge

This fudge is both healthy and scrumptious. Packed with protein, healthy fats and all round goodness.

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • a pinch of salt


  1. In a pot on low heat add all the ingredients
  2. Whisk everything together continuously, until the mixture is completely smooth
  3. Add the mixture to a silicone dish, pop it into the fridge for 30-40 minutes (or until the mixture is solid)
  4. Once solid, remove the bar from the dish and then chop into little chunks of fudge
  5. Dig in and enjoy, keep the remaining fudge chunks in the fridge to ensure they stay solid
